Hi, I’m Kelli! Welcome, and thank you for stopping by to learn more about my journey and passion for empowering others. I’ve dedicated my career to helping individuals and communities grow through bravery, visibility, and intentional action. Let me share a bit about what drives me and the work I’m most proud of.
In 2020, I launched K2 Creative Strategies to help solopreneurs and entrepreneurs uncover opportunities and elevate their visibility. I’ve worked with over 100 clients, showcasing their services, books, and products through strategic consulting. My clients have been featured nationally on podcasts, in publications, and on TV shows like Dr. Phil and Pittsburgh Today Live. That same year, I created the Amazon bestseller Twenty Won: 21 Female Entrepreneurs Share Their Stories of Business Resilience During a Global Crisis. My chapter, From Imposter to Inspiration, details my unconventional career journey and overcoming imposter syndrome. This inspired my signature workshop, From Imposter to Inspiration, which has reached audiences worldwide, including Brazil, India, and Scotland. I also lead workshops on building personal brands to increase impact, influence, and income. In January 2025, I transitioned from a board member to Executive Director of the Brave Women Project (BWP). BWP creates a space for professional women to move into brave action through unparalleled encouragement, peer-to-peer education, and constant evolution. Our mission is to foster confidence, resilience, and mutual support, empowering women to take bold steps in their personal and professional growth. I live by the mantra, “Do one brave thing every day!” guided by the 5 Es for Life: Educate, Empower, Encourage, Engage, and Evolve. We aren't a group you do networking with - we are a community we do life with! Every step of my journey has been about empowering others to embrace bravery, elevate their voices, and make their message matter. On the personal side: I am a wife, mother of two, daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend. Our children, Cameron and Kayla, are reminders that being their mum has been my most successful venture to date. I live south of Pittsburgh with my husband of 30+ years. I love "picking" at antique shops and garage sales, wine, entertaining, and walking in my little neighborhood. I'm a lover of love, writing, and food - and a hater of hate, chaos, and stemless wine glasses. |

The mission of Cribs for Kids® is to prevent infant sleep-related deaths by educating parents and caregivers about the importance of practicing safe sleep for their babies and by providing portable cribs to families who, otherwise, cannot afford a safe place for their babies to sleep.
