Workshop 1: From Imposter to Inspiration:
Getting Past Imposter Syndrome and Gaining Visibility

Imposter Syndrome - Corporate Team Building 1 Sheet |
Have you ever said,
"I don't deserve this position / title / promotion."
"They're going to figure me out."
"I got this far with pure luck."
"I have no business being in this position."
"I'm where I am because of the people I know."
"Everyone here is more talented / smarter than I am."
"I'm a fraud."
Studies say that up to 70% of the population experiences Imposter Syndrome at one time or another. Those with Imposter Syndrome have an internal experience of intellectual phoniness, persistent feelings of being a fraud, and have difficulty accepting praise or recognition. They feel their success is a result of "luck", knowing the right people, or due to their "charm". Imposter Syndrome sufferers don't acknowledge their skills, knowledge, or expertise.
Inspired by my chapter, "From Imposter to Inspiration" in my book Twenty Won*, your audience will learn the powerful steps needed to kick their insecurities to the curb and step out of doubt and fear when it comes to their career path. With two break-out sessions for maxium engagement, this 90-minute workshop has been an inspiration to hundreds - across the globe! I've had the pleasure of sharing this information with attendees in Brazil, India, Scotland, Ireland, and Poland - to name a few! Go from feeling like an imposter to being an inspiration with my tips and true-life stories!
Audiences will:
• Understand what Imposter Syndrome is
• Get a breakdown of the Imposter Syndrome Cycle
• Learn the 4 Ps of Imposter Syndrome
• Discover which of the three early experiences may have led to fears and insecurities
• Determine which Imposter Personalities could be holding them back from gaining visibility and telling their story
• Start the path to visibility with my W.T.F. Tips - they're not what you think
• Identify their three realities - and how they can be used for visibility
*Purchase of the book Twenty Won may be required for this speaking engagement.

Are you in sales, but don’t know how to “sell” yourself?
Instead of actively marketing yourself, do you wait to be tapped? (Whispering, "Pick me, pick me!")

“I was in attendance, alongside my team, for your Imposter Syndrome Event! I just wanted to let you know that we felt so seen (especially the women on the team) with the different imposter archetypes/personalities. It led to an open conversation where we could speak about why we resonate with what we heard and open up about how these personalities live in our individual lives. A teammate of mine even mentioned how he found it very meaningful that there wasn’t a rush to get through the slides, and that we were sent the materials so we could think about the topic after the event. It was overall just a great discussion that brought out a lot of necessary vulnerability in my team and the group as a whole. I really appreciate you coming to talk to our company and appreciate you making space for people to feel seen within this invisible syndrome!”

“Thank you for scheduling this session. It was helpful for me as an expert immigrant who’s trying to get back my confidence in my new world. After (listening) to Kelli today, I feel like I am not the only women struggling with this issue. And I believe this session should be (presented to) all the senior managers and leaderships as well, because they play a key role in all women’s work environment.”

“Just want to say that it was a great event! The speaker was so authentic and able to create a safe space to share and reflect. Truly enjoyed...it was refreshing and inspiring...but also inclusive for someone like me on the other side of the world with a complete different background, culture etc.....everything said resonated with me. Well done and a huge thanks to the organisers.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed having Kelli as a guest on my podcast. She is not only smart, insightful, and super qualified to discuss a wide range of topics related to marketing and entrepreneurship, but she's also a fun and lively conversationalist who brings a ton of energy and positive vibes to the discussion. As a podcast host, I'm always looking for guests who can add a dash of showmanship to the interview, and Kelli delivered big time. I'd be happy to have her back on my show in a heartbeat."

“The best thing about Kelli Komondor as a guest on my podcast was how much thought she put into her preparation for our conversation. “Kelli not only has a fascinating journey as an entrepreneur, but she also has an interesting story about imposter syndrome. I love how Kelli led our group deep into her personal story and also helped us identify how imposter syndrome shows up in our own lives. It was fascinating to see that, even though I've been in business for years, I still have remnants of it showing up that keep ME from showing up. Kelli is a powerful presenter, not just because of her story, but also because of how she engages the audience with the different parts of her talk. You really feel like you are a part of the presentation! I highly recommend Kelli as a speaker for groups that want to show up more in their careers and start standing in their power."
