Where Are We Going?

You’ll arrive at the distinctive Victoria Inn in Erie, PA, an award-winning historic landmark featuring 12-foot ceilings, handcrafted hardwood moldings and mantles, and beautiful hardwood. The main floor transports you back to a time when afternoon tea was a thing and the sitting room was the place to hang out.

After check in, you’ll join us in the dining room for a delicious catered lunch. Once all the spots for this experience are filled, we will determine a meal that works best for everyone’s needs.

And we have the entire bed and breakfast to ourselves!

​What Are We Doing?

Following a noon lunch, at the Inn, you’ll start with our first session. 

Master Your Mindset and Happiness

As high achieving, successful women, we are constantly striving to be our best and make things happen. And let’s face it, we are fabulous!

With our awesomeness, comes chaos and never-ending expectations. It’s easy to get sucked into low-vibe thinking and energy-draining drama.  

When this happens, we lose focus of what’s important and who we are. We feel the pressure to be perfect, help everyone, hustle, and constantly prove ourselves.

We get caught in thoughts of self-judgment, doubt, and overwhelm.

Too often we put Band-Aid fixes on situations to keep moving forward. We tolerate feeling stuck or unhappy and rationalize this by telling ourselves, “I’m fine. It’s fine.” WHY? Because it’s easier than dealing with our discomfort or making a change. 

All of this low-vibe energy is exhausting! It truly blocks us from living and performing as our highest selves—at work and in our personal lives.

Prior to our retreat, you will take the Energy Leadership Assessment.

During this highly interactive session you will:


  • Explore your Energy Leadership Assessment results to deepen your self-awareness ($188 value)

  • Get clear on how your leadership energy is working with or against your goals and who you want to be
  • Learn how to raise your consciousness so that you can intentionally create productive thoughts, positive actions, and abundant results in all areas of your life

Next, our second session will feature your village. 

Building Your “Village”

Do you ever feel left out?
Do you feel like you’re the only one you know with certain challenges?
Are you someone who spends most of your time working alone - and feeling isolated and lonely?
Do you constantly feel like you’re “showing up” for everyone, yet no one does it for you?
Do you struggle with setting and sticking to healthy boundaries within friendships?

Call it what you want: a village, a girl squad, your friend group, posse, tribe… whatever – these are the people who you’re receiving (and GIVING) support from! Remember the old Girl Scouts song, “Make new friends, but keep the old… one is silver and the other’s gold”?

We’re going to explore the truth in that statement …
 
Your village can include:
  • A network of friends and colleagues you admire - who fight to help you earn, and keep, a seat at the table.
  • Family members who call you out on your fears and help you work through them.
  • Co-workers who help you grow in your role and encourage you to work hard and find success.

​Kelli Komondor will have an open conversation about how she created her village of like-minded women, resulting in her bestselling anthology and a business built almost exclusively on referrals. Everyone will have an opportunity to share their friendship/supporter experiences and participate in a “bless and release” activity with Building Your Village: Why a Strong Support System is Crucial for Your Success.

​You’ll walk away knowing:
  • How many friends do you really need?
  • Who should be in your inner circle … and in the other circles beyond that!
  • How your village changes throughout the years, why, and why it’s okay.
  • Why asking for what you need from your village is so important.
  • How to set healthy boundaries with your village.

Our third session is where you’ll dig into the heart of your transformational story. 

Telling Your Transformational Story

​We’ve all spent a little time in a cocoon. Now is the time to share that journey!

You might wonder why talking or writing about it is so important. It’s dark. It’s gooey. It’s half-formed. It’s messy. But that’s exactly why you need to share about it!

How you changed, grew, transformed is a major piece of the puzzle for many of your followers, the people who want to work with you, hang out with you, or emulate your transformation. And even if that’s not why they want to stick around, your transformation is inspiring and connects you with others on a heart-level.

And that’s the exact energy you want to put out into the world: healthy vulnerability and sharing your journey creates a connection that inspires others!

Now, the trick is to be able to do it so you can talk about it on social media, in your bio, in articles, or even in a book.

Much of the writing that you need to do to connect deeper with your audience involves where you came from. 

You don’t need to be Jenny from the Block to be real with people and let them see who you truly are.

Cori Wamsley's session will teach you how to overcome some of the common challenges to writing about your transformational story, tips and tricks for getting it out without staring blankly at the blinking cursor, and some things to avoid for going deep in a healthy, soulful way.

You’ll leave with pieces of your story written and reviewed, and you’ll be empowered to keep sharing in all the different ways you’re called to!

We will break for dinner following the third session at one of the restaurants within walking distance of the Inn!

In the evening, we will gather again in the sitting room to relax and dive into your future self. Who is she? You’re about to find out!

Journey Into Your Future Self

Want a clear vision for the next step in your business, life, or career? Session four will help!

Where will you be in 5 years? 10 years? 

Renee DeMichiei Farrow will take you on a journey where you  will meet your Future Self and find out what she’s like and Renee will guide you to be like her in the future.

Many who have gone on this journey with Renee are surprised to find out just how different, savvy, and basically awesome their future self is. But here’s the funny thing, she’s already part of you. 

Meeting her just opens you up to understanding the possibilities that lie within.

After doing this activity, one of Renee’s clients created a bestselling book!

As you visit with your Future Self, she will present you with a gift that can open the successes of your future life. 

What will that special gift look like? A book, a new business, career shift, or a more purposeful way of living?

It’s different for each person because we all hold some longing deep inside that is different for each of us. Sometimes it’s a total surprise, and other times, you already knew but never spoke it aloud!

This is your chance to get a peek at what’s next and own it! 

This short look into your future life can open you up to new possibilities! 

That night, you’ll stay in the beautiful bedrooms upstairs in the Inn. They feature modern bathrooms with luxurious showers and potties because, hey, we can appreciate the past and its beauty, but we know you don’t want to run outside in the middle of the night to find an outhouse.

In the morning, you’ll join your sisterhood in the dining room for a mouthwatering Victoria Inn breakfast, followed by a final session.

Map Out Your Dreams

With that fresh, new friendship you have with your Future Self, your story, your village, and your leadership energy, you’re going to make a concrete commitment to your vision of what you really want!

Renee will take you through the process of creating your Future Self board that will enable you to plan and visualize your future success. 

We love Future Self boards for the power they give us to focus on our goals and also put them out to the Universe to help them come to fruition!

Registration closes on March 1. The total cost is $488, with $244 due at signup, the remaining $244 due on March 10.

Special diet? Girl, us too. Please let us know when you book, and we’ll be sure to let the Victoria Inn know about any restrictions or dietary needs.

Please note that the Inn is two stories and all bedrooms are on the second floor, accessed only by stairs. A guest parking lot is behind the Inn.
