As the Executive Director of Brave Women Project® (BWP), I lead with a vision to create spaces where women can thrive through bravery, connection, and conscious leadership. What began as a small group supporting one another during uncertain times has grown into a nonprofit on track to reach 200 members, offering programs and initiatives rooted in radical support and psychological safety. At BWP, I guide the strategy, partnerships, and growth of our community, ensuring we deliver on our mission to help women embrace bravery in their personal and professional lives.

Brave Women Project® is a nonprofit, community-driven organization committed to fostering a psychologically safe environment and radical support for women's personal and professional growth. BWP is an inclusive, welcoming community where all individuals are valued.
