Ready to get Aligned in ‘25?
For years, I thought I was setting myself up for success every January.
I’d pick my word of the year, map out my goals, and dream big—but by February, life would get in the way, and all those good intentions would quietly slip into the background. Sound familiar? Like many of you, I also have those close-knit group texts with my friends where we talk the talk, cheer each other on, and try to hold one another accountable. But let’s be honest: sometimes life gets busy, and those good intentions just don’t turn into action. That’s why I’m launching Aligned in ‘25, a simple, supportive, and powerful way to help women like you (and me!) take intentional, consistent action toward living a fulfilled 2025. |

One of the most valuable things I’ve learned is how impactful feedback from others can be. When we share our challenges, wins, and even the small steps we’re taking, we not only gain clarity—we often find solutions we didn’t see on our own. As women, we have an incredible ability to help and encourage others, even when we struggle to do the same for ourselves. This program is a chance to take that gift of giving and turn it inward, all while lifting each other up.

Participants fill out the 2025 Sunday Reflections worksheet independently. (Sunday is preferred to capture the entire past week and to set intentions for the new week.)
Monthly Micro-Meetings (60 Minutes)
At the start of each month, we will have a “Monthly Momentum Meet-Up” on Zoom where participants share highlights from their reflections.
Buddy System
Participants are randomly assigned a reflection buddy and check in weekly or bi-weekly.
Private Messaging Group
Post weekly wins or reflections, share inspiration, and celebrate!

Duration:
February 3 – April 25, 2025 (12 weeks) |
Commitment:
Completing the weekly 2025 Sunday Reflections worksheet and attending one 60-minute Zoom per month. |
Time:
15–30 minutes per week plus 60 minutes per month for group Zoom |
